These terms apply to anyone who uses the website freemicrogames.com (“Free Micro Games”). By playing on the website, you accept them. If a child uses the website, we invite their parents to read these terms with them.

The games are free and can be played without an account or registration. The website may be funded by a non-personalised advertisement, displayed at the bottom of the home page. It may be interrupted, changed or closed at any time, in particular for maintenance, without compensation.
Games provided “as is”
The games are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind: they may contain errors, may not work on all devices, or may change. Your progress and the games kept for offline play are stored in your browser: they may be lost if you clear your browser data or change device.
As with any screen-based game, take regular breaks. Some people may have epileptic seizures when exposed to flashing lights: if you feel unwell, stop playing and see a doctor.
Proper use of the website

You are free to play and to share the link to the website or to a game.
