About the game
In Pony Apples, a reddish-brown pony with a dark forelock is very hungry. Red apples and, now and then, orange carrots fall from the sky toward the meadow, under the sun and the drifting clouds. Your job: move the pony left and right so it catches them in its mouth. Each time it does, it gives a little hop, opens its mouth wide and bursts of color fly out. The game lasts as long as you have lives left: the higher your score, the faster and more often the food falls. So you have to choose where to go: a carrot is worth more, but every apple that lands in the grass costs you one of your three lives.
How to play
The goal: catch as many apples and carrots as you can before you lose your three lives. On a touchscreen, tap or slide your finger left or right: the pony follows. With a mouse, just move the pointer. On a keyboard, use the left and right arrow keys, and press Enter or Space to start or restart. An apple is worth 1 point, a carrot 3 points. A missed carrot costs nothing, but an apple that falls in the grass dims one of the three apples at the top of the screen. There are no levels or stars: the speed and the number of falling items go up with your score. After the third missed apple, your score appears.
