About the game
In a sunny clearing, the forest animals are playing hide-and-seek behind bushes, tree stumps and rocks. The rabbit comes out first, the squirrel joins in, and then the hedgehog arrives: better leave it alone, because it is prickly. Now and then, a golden butterfly flies across the screen for a big bonus. Later on, some animals hide so well that you can only see their ears, and the sly fox jumps to another hiding spot when you tap it. Then night falls: the owl arrives, and you have to look for shining eyes among the fireflies. Missions start at level 9: only catch the animal shown in the orange box. Before each new twist, a little animated hand shows you what to do.
How to play
Catch the animals before they duck back into their hiding spots: tap them with your finger or click them with the mouse. On a keyboard, keys 1 to 9 aim at the numbered hiding spots, Space catches the butterfly, and Esc or P pauses the game. The rabbit, the squirrel and the owl are worth 10 points, a well-hidden animal 15, the fox 20 (tap it twice) and the butterfly 30. Tapping the hedgehog or an animal outside the mission costs points. A streak without mistakes multiplies your points, up to ×3. Catch half of the animals for 1 star, three quarters for 2 and 90% for 3. One star is enough to open the next level. The 12 levels add more hiding spots and faster animals.
