About the game
Deep inside an imaginary pyramid, a golden scarab guards the doors of 24 rooms. On the wall, it lights up hieroglyphs one after another: eye, feather, lotus, fish or life cross, each with its own musical note. Remember the sequence, tap it back in the same order, and the stone door slides open as a torch flares up. Little by little, the stones swap places, the sequence must be played backwards, a fake red flash tries to trick you, and a treasure chest asks for a golden symbol you saw two doors earlier. Every two rooms, a new fresco appears in the gallery, ready for you to color.
How to play
Watch the scarab light up the hieroglyphs, then tap them with your finger or click them in the same order. On the keyboard, the arrow keys choose a stone and Enter or Space taps it; Escape or P pauses the game, and H uses an amulet, which makes the next symbol glow. Each room has 2 to 5 doors to open and you have 3 feathers: each mistake takes one away, and on the third the room is lost. With no mistakes, you earn 3 stars; with one mistake, 2 stars; with two mistakes, 1 star. The game has 24 rooms, and each room you clear with 3 stars for the first time gives you an amulet.
