About the game

In The Vet's Office, you treat twelve kinds of animals: kitten, puppy, rabbit, foal, turtle, hamster, duckling, lamb, hedgehog, parrot, guinea pig and baby goat. Each patient arrives with a little problem: it keeps scratching its ears, limps, trembles or goes “Achoo!”. You examine it like a real animal doctor, then read its chart to choose the right care out of nine, such as the cotton swab, tweezers, syrup, drops or a hug. As the days go by, new things arrive: the thermometer, the brush and a bubbly bath, the waiting room, then patients who come back for a check-up. Your stars unlock a golden stethoscope, a rainbow magnifier and even a new room: the garden. The clinic album counts the animals you have healed, species by species.

How to play

The goal: heal every patient of the day. With your finger or the mouse, tap when the ring reaches the heart, then slide the magnifier over each “?”: a red “!” shows the boo-boo. To take the temperature, keep your finger down, let go when the animal wiggles, then press again. Next, tap the card with the right care and slide the tool onto the glowing spot. In the waiting room, treat the animal who hurts most first. On a keyboard: Space or Enter to act, arrows to move or choose, Escape or P to pause. Mistakes cost points, but you never lose: you earn 1 to 3 stars depending on your score. The 10 days, with 3 to 6 patients, get harder and harder.
