Fighting games for kids
A duel where skill and cunning count more than strength: that's the idea. You dodge, block and wait for the right moment to act. The opponent is often a funny character or an imaginary creature, pushed back or sent out of play, with no realistic violence and no really scary scenes. Fighting can also take the form of a sport, like judo, with its throws, its bow and respect for your partner. You need reflexes, a sharp eye on your opponent and calm in tense moments. It's better to be 6 or 7 to enjoy them fully. Win, lose, bow and play again: these games are a great chance to talk about fair play and self-control.
